1 Become Acquainted
We are passionate about great design, energy efficiency, and high quality work. We can’t wait to become acquainted with you! We begin with a simple conversation about your project to learn more about the scope of work, your desired budget, schedule, and goals. We will discuss project feasibility and determine if we are a good fit.
2 Design & Planning
Our team will work closely with you through our Pre-Construction, Design, and Planning process, from schematic design through construction drawings, including finish & fixture selections, and cost planning at each phase. We'll coordinate with trade partners and vendors ensuring optimum project preparation, all outlined in our Pre-Construction Design and Planning Agreement.
3 Build Your Dream
Once we have a Construction Agreement in place, you will receive a detailed schedule outlining critical decisions, material ordering, and construction sequencing. We will kick off your project with a meeting of the team to set the stage for our communication and process during the build. Transparent billing, regular meetings, and consistent and clear communication are central to our work.
4 Vision Complete !!
As we near the finish line, we’ll conduct a Punchlist walk through with the team to ensure your satisfaction. We leave you with a clean and completed project, a binder of warranty and product information, and our contact info for reaching out with any future concerns or needs. Our clients are our greatest advocates and their experience and opinions are our top priority.
